I thoroughly loved every single part of this establishment! Starting from the friendly reception from the staff, who are quick to assist with any questions and happily provide new towels even if you decline room cleaning, to the wide range of excellent services available throughout your stay: laundry services, knowledgeable tour guidance, access to Fansipan tickets. the charming couple who run this place are always there to lend a hand whenever required! I rearranged my trip plan just so I could stay here a little longer. the hotel offers various relaxation options, including massage services that truly enhanced our family bonding time. the nearby landmarks, such as Sapa Culture Museum and Cat Cat village, provided an enriching experience, deepening our connection with the local culture and traditions. our stay at Tiger Sapa Hotel was exceptional, and we can't wait to return someday! .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. I loved that it was located close to a supermarket, making it convenient for me to buy snacks and drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and even guiding me to a nearby store to get the perfect brand of green tea and coffee. They also arranged a taxi for me when I missed my bus. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great view and friendly staff. Stayed in a room with balcony which had an amazing view of the valley. the staff was very friendly and helpful, even allowed us to check-in early at no extra cost. they guided us with the best brand of green tea and coffee from a local supermarket.
Limited breakfast options and some communication issues. Breakfast only had limited options and not much variety.

The staff, particularly the receptionist and the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with all our inquiries and even allowed us to check-in early, which was a bonus.
